The story of Venus begins with Loïc, her owner. Drawing on 40 years at sea, he dreamed up an exceptional yacht that would combine true comfort on board with real performance under sail.
His ambition? A boat capable of striking the perfect balance between those two demands. That vision took shape alongside the naval architects Petit & Berthelot, a benchmark firm in offshore yacht design.
After ten years of sailing, a meeting between Loïc and Raphaël would change this unique yacht’s destiny.
Together, they decided to professionalise the yacht’s operation — offering skippered charter and running cruises across the Aegean Sea. Year after year, they keep Venus in line with the latest safety standards and preserve her outstanding performance. Today, this skippered yacht in the Cyclades is a living project, constantly evolving.
Partners for the past three years, they keep improving this exceptional yacht. Recent upgrades in particular focus on autonomy and lighter environmental impact.

Above all, Raphaël wants to give you a real sailing experience. That’s why our cruises take place in the Aegean Sea, where the wind blows all summer and the islands stretch as far as the eye can see. Safety, enthusiasm, teaching and sharing are Raphaël’s watchwords. For the past 3 years, Raphaël has been working with the association LesSkippers.com, a collective of independent skippers offering sailing cruises around the world. In practice, he runs the Cyclades cruises aboard Venus and coordinates a range of projects to bring you new destinations.

Between boatyard work, delivery trips and cruises in Greece, Daniele is now the project’s second skipper. Calm and easy to talk to, he brings a quiet strength on board: his warm, attentive approach will take your experience beyond what you expected. Whether you want to learn the ropes of sailing, discover hidden anchorages or simply enjoy the sea in total confidence, he’ll be the ideal shipmate.
Daniele first joined the Venus project in Marseille, at the boatyard. Later, after helping restore the yacht — especially the rigging and the underwater hull — he fell for this one-of-a-kind boat. Today, he is one of the cornerstones of the project.
A modern yacht, fast and authentic
Launched in 2015 at the Launet yard in Beauvais, the result is a powerful, elegant yacht showing:
Topped by a 26-metre carbon mast, Venus flies up to 242 m² of sail, offering sensations rare on a yacht of this size. On board, there are no electric winches and no steering assistance: here, every manoeuvre is done by hand, for an authentic, hands-on experience.
Despite these high-end specs, joining our cruises stays deliberately affordable. The goal is to make the joy of sailing, discovery and shared moments open to as many people as possible.

Feel right at home
Designed for 6 to 10 guests, the boat offers generous spaces and 2 metres of headroom throughout. Everyone finds their spot — to rest, chat or simply steal a quiet moment after a full day at sea.

Every cabin comes with 220 V sockets, reading lights, a mirror and storage.
Best of all, you’ll love the wide sun-lounger at the bow — perfect for soaking up the sun and sleeping under the stars.
Living together, cooking, sharing
The galley, on the same level as the cockpit, is fully kitted out. With a 360° view outside, it’s the most sociable space on board. This is where everyone gathers to share meals.

Everything you need to make the most of the Cyclades
Alongside the yacht itself, we provide a fine selection of gear. You won’t need to lug anything from home.
Grab the paddleboard to glide across the turquoise waters of the anchorages. You’ll also find floats, life jackets, pool noodles, boards and more on board for safe swimming.
Our two freediving buoys, each rigged with 60 metres of line and a counterweight, are ready to use. A regulation medical oxygen bottle is also on board to keep your sessions safe.
On board, you’ll find a wide selection of masks, fins and snorkels. They come in several sizes to suit every shape and face.
Make the most of our trolling gear to bring home a fresh catch. You’re welcome to bring your own tackle too, if you prefer.
