Our payment terms for exclusive charter
Payment
- 50% of the booking amount at the time of booking.
- 50% to be paid 3 weeks before departure.
Cancellation
Free of charge up to 3 weeks before departure; after that, 20% of the booking is retained as a handling fee.
Travel insurance
We recommend taking out travel insurance. Should you no longer be able to travel, the insurer will reimburse all the costs you’ve committed to for your cruise in the Cyclades. It costs between 2% and 6% of your trip and often has to be taken out on the day you book, so don’t waste time — run a quote.
