2. Purpose

Aphrodite Sailing offers sailing cruises with a skipper. This contract defines the rights and obligations of the parties.

3. Payment Terms

• Deposit (50%): To be paid at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
• Balance (50%): To be paid at least 30 days before departure.
• Payment methods :
  • Bank transfer (details provided upon request)
  • Credit card (via our secure platform)

4. Obligations of Aphrodite Sailing

• Provide a sailboat that matches the description and is in good condition.
• Ensure the presence of a qualified skipper (if option chosen).
• Inform the Customer of weather conditions and any changes to the itinerary.

5. Customer Obligations

• Follow the safety instructions on board.
• Pay the total amount according to the agreed terms.
• Immediately report any problems during the cruise.
• Do not damage the boat (financial responsibility in case of damage).

6. Cancellation

• By the Customer :
  • More than 30 days in advance: 100% refund of the deposit.
  • Less than 30 days before: 50% refund of the total amount.
• By Aphrodite Sailing :
  • Full refund in case of cancellation (except in cases of force majeure).

7. Liability

• Aphrodite Sailing declines all responsibility in the event of:
  • Adverse weather conditions (cancellation or change of itinerary).
  • Risky behavior by the Customer (drunkenness, failure to follow instructions).
• The Customer is responsible for any damage caused to the boat by him or his guests.

8. Disputes

Any dispute shall be submitted to the Greek courts (Piraeus), in accordance with Greek law.
